Terms of Service

We provide automated SEO analysis and recommendations for Etsy shops and Shopify stores. You receive a weekly report by email as an Excel (.xlsx) attachment, covering all of your active products, with:

• A title and tag SEO score for each product, with the lowest-scoring products shown first so you know what to fix next
• Recommended rewrites for titles, tags, descriptions, and meta fields
• A short gap summary per product explaining where the SEO can improve
• An Auto-Apply dashboard included in your subscription, letting you push approved rewrites to Etsy or Shopify with one click per listing

You must be at least 18 years old and have legal authority to operate the Etsy shop or Shopify store you connect. By signing up you confirm both of these are true.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

a) Free Trial. New subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial with full access to the Service. Credit card info is verified only without any charge. Nothing is billed during the trial.

b) Subscription. $49 USD per month, billed via Hyp. Your first subscription charge occurs automatically when your 7-day trial ends, unless service is canceled. Subsequent charges occur monthly on the same calendar date (in shorter months, on the last day of the month). One plan covers any product count; the Auto-Apply dashboard is included.

c) Failed payments. If a payment fails, we will retry for up to 3 days. After that, your subscription is paused and report delivery stops until you update your payment method. Your data is retained per our Privacy Policy.

d) Refunds. All payments are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time and will not be charged for future cycles.

You may cancel anytime from your dashboard. No questions asked. If you cancel during your free trial, the cancellation is immediate and you are not charged. After the trial, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, after which your subscription stops. Past reports already delivered to your email remain yours to keep.

By using the Service, you agree NOT to:

• Connect a store you do not legally control
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the Service's source code or AI models
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute reports we generate for you
• Use the Service to violate Etsy's or Shopify's terms of service, applicable law, or any third party's rights
• Interfere with the Service's operation or security

a) Your content. Your store's product titles, descriptions, tags, meta fields, and other content remain yours. You grant us a limited license to read, analyze, and process this content solely to generate your reports and execute your Auto-Apply requests.

b) Our recommendations. The titles, tags, descriptions, and meta fields we generate as recommendations become yours to use as you wish. Once you apply a rewrite (manually or via Auto-Apply), it is your content.

c) Auto-Apply. The Auto-Apply add-on pushes only the specific fields you explicitly approve. We never apply changes silently. After pushing, we verify Etsy or Shopify accepted the change. If a platform rejects a field, we report the exact reason — we do not retry without your approval.

d) Accuracy. We use validated rules to prevent AI hallucinations, but we cannot guarantee every recommendation is perfect for your brand or context. You are responsible for reviewing recommendations before applying them. We are not liable for revenue loss, ranking changes, or other consequences resulting from applied rewrites.

SEO depends on many factors outside our control — including but not limited to: Etsy's and Google's algorithms, your photos, pricing, reviews, product demand, and seasonality. We do not guarantee any specific ranking improvement, traffic increase, or sales outcome.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data — even if we were advised of the possibility.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. For material changes that reduce functionality you actively use, we will provide reasonable notice.

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that risks harming us, other users, or third parties.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Tel Aviv.
